Upon arrival, the hotel offered adequate rooms with 2 comfortable beds and a new granite bathroom countertop, yet there was a damp and musty smell when we checked in. The service was exceptional, with staff going the extra mile to personalize our experience. The location was convenient for various activities, but lacked a bit of charm. Dining options were decent, although communication about meal choices could be clearer.
The hotel is located in an ideal spot, just 5 minutes from the stadium with nearby restaurants and stores. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, though showing some signs of being 'dated'. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, taking the time to know guests by name. The dining options are convenient, but the early closing time was unexpected.
Upon arriving, the room had a damp and musty smell, which wasn't ideal, but it was surprisingly quiet despite a group of ball players staying. The bed bugs check was reassuring, and the overall room experience was average.
